Nine years ago, we decided to buy a holiday home abroad. After several unsavoury experiences, we felt that the only way we could confidently invest our hard earned money was to do our own research. After investigating places, properties, developers and deals, we finally bought our first property. We then went on to build a successful personal property portfolio and realised that many friends and family were interested in benefiting from investing overseas.
