The first thing we do is listen to you Carefully. That way, we can be sure of really understanding what you need and want.

Using an enquiry checklist that's proved its value many times, we go through everything you need to think about to make sure you end up with the property that's exactly right for you. We're honest and open with you. We want you to now what it's all about. If there are any negatives we'll tell you and suggest ways to get round them.

Arranging your visit

By the time you're ready to make the trip to Crete to take a look at some possible properties, the filtering we've done upfront will make your visit and decision process much more focussed and productive. We will arrange your visit, ensuring that you are looked after and taken to see the properties that meet your criteria as well as some of the sites of the area.
