The eastern corner of the island is full of golden beaches, crystal clear waters and water sports. Protaras is one of the most popular resorts with famous windmills and magnifcent views over endless blue seas, especially at sunset. Families often come here to enjoy the many amenities and golden beaches

Paralimni

A small rural town that still holds its traditional magic, Paralimni is full of picturesque narrow streets, vine-covered courtyards and local craft. This is also the fastest growing town on the east coast, with five shopping malls planned, and sports facilities including cycle paths. The areas of Panera and Ayia Triada are also being upgraded, with a new marina and cycle paths to Protaras.

Cape Greko

At the eastern tip of the island lies the stunning Cape Greko – a wild peninsula that’s popular with walkers for its breathtaking views of dramatic rock formations, sea caves, sandy coves and a wealth of rare flora and fauna. A new golf course is planned nearby.
