It covers 10 000 000m² of prime mountainous and valley terrain. The resort has captivating sea and mountain views and is located just off the main Paphos motorway. It has a 20% building density which means 80% of the resort must remain green area. The resort also has stringent height restrictions that limit all structures to the 1st floor. Currently the resort has many attractions, such as the completed 18 hole landscaped golf course, driving range and practice putting greens, a fully equipped pro-shop and the clubhouse. The clubhouse has been renovated to an extremely high standard with a full bar (indoor and outdoor), restaurant, lounge areas and conference facilities. The pro-shop provides you with all the facilities needed, including buggy rentals etc. It also provides a resident professional golfer to help with your game, not forgetting, an established residential area that is regarded as prestigious. The resort is being developed by a major Blue Chip plc and is listed on the London stock exchange, with more than 25 years experience in the industry. With all these facilities, Secret Valley is still in its infancy stage of development in terms of the “Master Plan”. Secret Valley Master Plan The future development and infrastructure of the resort includes: Sports Recreation Centre The purpose of constructing a high-tech sports facility in Cyprus is to attract athletes from the cooler Eastern European and ex Soviet countries to do their training during their off-season. Research has proved that there is an overwhelming demand for all-year-around training facilities for these athletes. Pitch and Putt Furthermore, Secret Valley will be constructing a complete 6 hole pitch and putt course to aid you in mastering the game. It will also form the Grand Entrance to the resort that will be manicured and will certainly create the “Wow” factor. Existing 18 hole golf course The existing 18 hole golf course is currently open. The plans to completely redesign and move the course to feature several holes around the resorts own private reservoir have already been sketched. Once again, this course will carry the name of British golf legend Tony Jacklin. * New 18 hole golf course * This second 18 hole golf course is currently under design by no other than Tony Jacklin himself. This resort is approximately 4 years ahead of Secret Valley in terms of their master plan, which means that their entire infrastructure is already in place. This award winning resort has quadrupled in price since its release approximately 6 years ago. Their infrastructure includes a completed 18 hole golf course with clubhouse, golf academy, tennis courts, 5 star intercontinental hotel, village square and health/spa facilities. It is my firm opinion that Secret Valley will soon reach the level and status of Aphrodite Hills and should surpass them in due course.
